Mohamed Aaly Maghrabi & Sons established MAM Foodco, with three Divisions (1) Franchised Operations, (2) Manufacturing, and (3) Distribution – with the goal being to innovatively cater to the evolving needs of GCC consumers.
Mohamed Ali Maghrabi & Sons Financed, and Supervised the Construction of the Prestigious 5-Star ‘Le Meridien Jeddah Hotel’, Jeddah KSA.
Leveraging knowledge of the Construction Industry, Mohamed Ali Maghrabi & Sons built the first air-conditioned Shopping Mall in Jeddah, KSA, along with a number of other high-profile real estate projects, including the Medina International Shopping Mall.
The Transport Services Division was further expanded, with the addition of a Heavy Haulage Division specializing in Articulated-Transporters for Land Transport and Petroleum Products. Making Al Maghrabi Transport Co., one of the largest in the KSA. At this time a number of construction projects and residential developments were also undertaken by the Mohamed Ali Maghrabi Group.
The business was further expanded with the establishment of four additional Divisions – (1) The Hajj Logistics Transport Company, (2) a Dealership for Heavy Construction Equipment & Spare Parts for Case & BOMAC Equipment,(3) Furniture Manufacturing, and (4) Paper Manufacturing.
Al Maghrabi Transport Co.,The First Company established by Mohammed Ali Maghrabi in Jeddah, KSA, and one of the very first motor transport companies in the Kingdom.
